This is possible. However, please note that most gift cards are only usable in countries with GBP currency. Contact our specialists to explore the options.

Yes, you can specify this when requesting a quote right away.

What is the expected response time?

My invoice does not show VAT. Is that correct?
That's correct. Gift cards are exempt from VAT. There is a 0% VAT rate on delivery because it involves the supply of VAT exempt goods.

How can I track my order?
Most orders are delivered via regular mail, which applies to all orders under 300 euros. Unfortunately, it's not possible to track these orders with a Track and Trace Code. In some cases, such as larger orders or orders containing a significant number of gift cards, your package will be sent by registered mail with Royal Mail UK. You will receive a tracking code once the package is at the Royal Mail UK processing facility. You can use this code to track the status of your shipment on royalmail.com. 

In what denominations can the gift cards be ordered?
The available denominations vary depending on the card we issue. For the Choice Gift Card and its variants, this ranges from £5 to £500.

Giftcard.co.uk guarantees that the products and/or services comply with the agreement, the specifications mentioned in the offer, the reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability, and the legal provisions and/or government regulations existing on the date of the conclusion of the agreement.

Can I pay for gift cards with a credit card on the website?
Yes, you can make payments with your credit card on giftcard.co.uk. Currently, we support MasterCard, Visa, and American Express credit cards.

I'd like to pay for my gift cards with a credit card, but I also need an invoice. Is that possible?
Certainly, we generate an invoice for every business order, regardless of the payment method you choose. Our account managers at business@giftcards.co.uk will be happy to assist you further.

Can I order e-vouchers on credit?
Unfortunately, you cannot order e-vouchers on credit directly through our website. However, as a business customer, you can contact us at business@giftcards.co.uk and specify your requirements in an email. Our account managers will be happy to assist you.

What is the typical delivery time for a gift card order?
We strive to dispatch gift card orders as quickly as possible. There might be occasions when a particular gift card is temporarily out of stock, which could result in a 2-working day delay in the order. The Choice Gift Card is always in stock and can be sent out on the same day. Depending on Royal Mail UK, this card is likely to arrive at your location the fastest. If you place an order over the weekend, we ensure that it's dispatched on Monday.

During what hours is the business department available for inquiries?
